Pure Living Sydney - Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • “Pure Living Sydney,” "we," "us," or "our" refers to Pure Living Sydney, its website, and its services.

  • "Client," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity using our website or services.

  • "Cleaning work" refers to the cleaning services provided by Pure Living Sydney

2. Our Guarantee

Our commitment is to provide high quality cleaning services, backed by a promise of satisfaction. In the event that any portion of our cleaning does not align with the stipulated criteria or checklist, and you reach out to us within 24 hours after the service has been rendered, via phone or email, we guarantee to send our cleaner back to address and resolve the issue.

3. No Refunds Policy

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for our cleaning services. Instead, we focus on achieving your satisfaction by providing a guarantee and the option for our cleaners to return and rectify any issues.

4. Guarantee Period

The guarantee period remains effective for 24 hours following the completion of our cleaning service. However, reasonable exceptions, such as public holidays, may be accommodated. For additional information, please reach out to us.

5. Requirement to provide Photo Evidence

Should you need to utilise the guarantee, it is required that you submit photographic evidence marked with the date and time. This documentation is crucial for confirming the problems reported and assists us in determining the most effective way to resolve them.

6. Corrective Cleaning Reservation

To make use of the guarantee, you must schedule the corrective cleaning within 24 hours after the original cleaning service has been completed. This follow-up cleaning service will focus solely on the particular areas or items that need additional work, and will be provided at no additional cost.

7. Fair Chance Policy

Our package pricing is based on a fair chance policy, assuming a normal level of mess and not a write-off scenario (e.g., excessive rubbish and mess everywhere).

8. Bond Clean Guarantee Conditions

Our bond cleaning guarantee is valid provided that only the property manager enters the property during the guarantee period. This condition helps maintain the property's state untouched by external influences, enabling us to maintain our commitment of delivering quality service.

9. Preparing Your Property For A Bond Clean

To guarantee a comprehensive bond clean and uphold our guarantee, we require the following preparations:

a. Complete All Gardening: Please ensure all gardening tasks, such as trimming and mowing, are finished before we arrive. This preparation helps keep the property's exterior in good condition and prevents any interference with our cleaning tasks.

b. Clear Out Rubbish and Unwanted Furniture: Ensure the property is free of any rubbish and unwanted furniture prior to our cleaning appointment. This clearance enables our team to concentrate on delivering a detailed and efficient cleaning service.

10. Window Cleaning Options

Our window cleaning rates are based on properties having one window per room. Properties with additional windows may be subject to extra charges. For a tailored quote, please get in touch with us.

11. Consent for Photography

By accepting these terms, you authorise our cleaning team to photograph their work at your premises. These images will be used internally for quality control and service enhancement and will not be disseminated publicly.

12. Communication Guidelines

Please communicate any queries, concerns, or special requests through the agreed-upon methods established during the booking, such as via phone or email.

13. Cancellation

  1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges.

  2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before [but not on the day of] their scheduled clean will incur a cancellation fee of $63

  3. Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost or a flat fee of [Amount]

  4. In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we understand that flexibility is needed. Please contact us directly to discuss any such situations, and we will do our best to accommodate you without applying the cancellation charge.

14. Reservation Policies

  1. Fee for Immediate Bookings: A $50 charge will be levied for bookings made less than 24 hours before the requested service time.

  2. Required Booking Duration: A minimum of 2 hours is required for domestic and commercial cleaning services, and a 4-hour minimum is set for builders cleaning services.


15.Guarantee Limitations

Our guarantee is based on realistic outcomes and does not cover problems due to external factors outside our influence, including but not limited to existing damage, interference from third parties, or impractical expectations.

16. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

17. Amendments to Terms

We reserve our right to alter these terms and conditions whenever necessary. It is your responsibility to periodically check these terms for any updates. By continuing to use our website or services following such modifications, you implicitly agree to the revised terms.
